Toby Bond is a scientist in the Industrial Science Division of the Canadian Light Source (CLS), Canada‚Äôs national synchrotron facility. His work is focused on using advanced x-ray imaging techniques to address difficult problems in a variety of industries, from oil and gas to composite materials to agriculture. He specializes in in-situ and time-resolved imaging that are made possible by the extremely brilliant x-rays produced by synchrotron facilities like the CLS.
