Lauren is a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Strategy Practice, where she works closely with her clients to analyze business problems and develop solutions that can help add value to their organizations. Her work is primarily focused on strategy development, operating model design, organizational effectiveness, and project management. Lauren works with clients across a number of sectors, including energy, manufacturing, insurance, telecommunication, government, and not-for-profit. In addition to her client work, she Co-Leads the Accenture Calgary Women’s Group, managing the programming and development of women’s initiatives for the office and was the former lead of the Accenture Calgary Energy Hub, helping the office grow their skills and understanding of the energy industry.
Prior to joining Accenture Lauren worked in Business Development at Kinder Morgan Canada and in Corporate Sustainable Development at Suncor Energy. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Calgary, Haskayne School of Business. In 2016 Lauren was the recipient of the Young Women in Energy Award.
Lauren is passionate about energy and sustainability. She is on the Board of Directors for the World Petroleum Council (WPC) – Canada Future Leaders. She is also an Advisory Board Member and former president (2010-2012) of Fuse Collective (formally the Institute for Sustainable Energy, Environment and Economy Students’ Association).
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and being active outdoors – snowboarding, hiking, canoeing or just enjoying nature.
