Celine Chow

Celine Chow received her BSc. in Earth Science from St. Francis Xavier University in 2016. As part of her BSc. program she completed an undergraduate thesis on the Clearwater Formation titled Fine Grained Sediment Distribution, Stratigraphy and Ichnology in Closely Spaced Cores from the Lower Clearwater Formation, Athabasca Oilsands, Alberta which was an extension of her summer project at Suncor Energy. She has also worked as a summer student for the Saskatchewan Geological Survey, Arcan Resources and Sunshine OiIsands where her projects included mapping and core examination of the Swan Hills and Grosmont formations.  She is currently almost finished her MSc. in Geology at the University of Regina.  Her research focuses on the reservoir development and quality of the Mississippian Midale Beds of the Pinto-Roche Percee area in southeastern Saskatchewan.  Upon completion of her MSc. thesis Celine is open to any opportunities which might be available for a petroleum geologist in either Regina or Calgary.
