A limited number of exhibit spaces are available and will be awarded to technology-focused organizations that will gain from exposure to a senior level audience of business, technical and government leaders.
Exhibit spaces available are available 6’x6′, 8’x8′, 16’x8′ sized spaces.
Indoor Exhibit Space: $37/sq. ft.
Includes: Floor space, standard booth carpet, draped display booth, one (1) 800-watt electrical outlet, one six foot draped table, two chairs, basic onsite materials handling to booth (up to 5000 lbs. per crate, except for specialty work), crate storage during the show, 24-hour roaming security, and two conference passes for exhibit space over 36 square feet, and one conference pass for 36 square foot spaces.
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. All rates are subject to 11% HST. Pricing does not include: shipping, internet, banner hanging, booth furnishings or accessories.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION DETAILS:
- Full payment plus 11% HST is required at time of booking to confirm exhibition space.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Phone requests will not be accepted.
- Cancellation refunds requested on or before December 31, 2018 are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation refunds requested after December 31, 2018 are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
