EXHIBITOR BOOTH:

  • Cost $2,500CAD/booth;
  • Each Exhibitor Booth includes:
    • Two full conference registrations
    • Booth space of 10’x 10’ with pipe and drapes
    • One 4’x 8’ poster board (by request)
    • One 8’ draped table
    • Two chairs
    • One 110V, 15A outlet

EQUIPMENT DISPLAY:

  • Equipment display space is designed for oilfield equipment and items that would not normally be displayed in an exhibitor booth;
  • Cost: $5,000CAD (up to 20'x30' and upon approval of the equipment that is to be displayed);
  • Each Equipment Display includes:
    • Two full conference registrations
    • Two chairs
    • One 110V, 15A outlet (indoor only)

The Credit Union EventPlex at Evraz Place will hold approximately 300 booths, as well as a few large equipment displays and there will still be ample space available to socialize.

If more than two conference registrations are needed they can be purchased at a rate of $300CAD per registrant.

Exhibitor Booth and Equipment Display locations within the Credit Union EventPlex will be assigned by the organizing committee.

An Exhibitors Kit will be made available via email and the website prior to the conference.

No on-site registration will be available for Exhibitor Booths.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

  • Cancellations or amendments to registration must be submitted in writing via email or fax. Phone requests will not be accepted.
  • Cancellation refunds requested on or before March 1, 2017 will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation refunds requested after March 1, 2017 and on or before April 1, 2017 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Requests for refunds received after April 1, 2017 will not be considered unless they are based on well substantiated compassionate grounds
